The Wait is Over: Introducing the All-New SolisStorage Ecosystem

At Segen, we pride ourselves on bringing you the most innovative and reliable technology in the renewable energy sector. Today, we are thrilled to announce a major milestone in our partnership with Solis: the official launch of the Solis storage residential battery portfolio.

For years, Solis has been a household name in high-performance inverter technology. After years of customer feedback, they’ve taken that next step, evolving from an inverter manufacturer into a comprehensive energy storage system provider.

The SolisStorage range features two distinct battery lines, all built with long-lasting LiFePO₄ (Lithium Iron Phosphate) chemistry. These units are engineered for durability, supporting a depth of discharge (DoD) of 90% or more and delivering over 6,000 cycles, which is the equivalent to an average 10-year service life.

Products

1.  IntelliHome (Wall/Floor-mounted)
– Capacity: 5.1 kWh to 16 kWh.
– Best for: Compact residential installations.
– Key Feature: Available in both indoor (IP20) and outdoor (IP66) variants, making it incredibly versatile for homes with limited space.

2.  FlexHome (Low-Voltage Stackable)
– Capacity: 5 kWh to 40 kWh (expandable in 5 kWh increments).
– Best for: Growing households and flexible system design.
– Key Feature: Its modular, stackable design allows installers to easily scale the system as the homeowner’s energy needs increase.

By pairing these new batteries with Solis S6 Hybrid Inverters, users gain access to the SolisCloud intelligent energy management platform.

This AI-driven system smartly manages charging and discharging based on Time-of-Use (TOU) tariffs. This ensures that homeowners use stored energy when grid prices are highest. With a UPS-level switching time of less than 10ms, the transition to backup power is seamless. Even the most sensitive electronics won’t flicker during a power cut.
