Clever forecasting, over 20 years of experience in renewable energy has given our team the ability to ensure we have all the stock you need, when you want it, so you can complete your projects on time.

Yes, you can find everything online 24/7 – there’s a wealth of information on the Segen customer portal from brochures, datasheets, product specifications, installation manuals, warranty documents, guides, design tools and configurators. Live stock levels, quotes and account information, invoices and design tools, the portal has it all!

Also, Segen customers are assigned dedicated team members to assist with everything they need. There’s a Sales Manager who has a huge amount of product and industry knowledge, and the Order Processor who handles the logistics of the deliveries and makes sure they go smoothly. There’s a Technical Support Engineer on hand to help with any before, during, and post installation enquiries, and for any finance enquiries there’s an expert on hand to keep accounts on track.

There are warranties available on all Segen products, and you can find out more and download warranty documents on the customer portal product pages.

Often free extended warranties are available if products are registered online with manufacturers but also, extended warranties are available to purchase from Segen or the manufacturer directly, offering peace of mind to installer and system owner.

Also, there’s a 30-day price lock on quotes and an Early Shipping Discount as a reward for having shipments confirmed in advance.

Yes, you can collect orders from our warehouse in Dublin. Whatever size it might be from a set of stickers to a container of modules.

Solax X3-G4 Hybrid inverters come with a full 5-year warranty followed by 5 years *parts warranty (see T&Cs). Once purchased this warranty extension will extend the parts warranty by 5 years giving you a total of 15 years’ cover.

*The parts warranty covers only the cost of hardware material required to get the device functioning again. It excludes any inbound/outbound transportation costs or labor costs of replacement/on-site service.

Please note this is a purchase of a SolaX warranty code for a five-year extension. After an order has been placed Segen will obtain a warranty code from SolaX. The activation code will be issued to your Portal account which can be accessed through My Account-Warranties. Confirmation and receipt will also be sent to your email address.

How to proceed with ordering the extended warranty:

  • Select Your Warranty Extension: Choose the relevant warranty extension that best suits your needs.
  • Place Your Order: Submit your warranty extension order through our standard ordering process, just like you would for any other Segen product. Remember to follow the usual steps of placing an order, creating a shipment, and requesting dispatch.
  • Provide Additional Information: Please provide the necessary additional information under the "My Account" section and select the "Warranty" tab, finish by Requesting Documentation.
  • Process Time: Once your order is placed, our team will initiate the process of ordering the extended warranty from the manufacturer. Kindly note that it may take approximately 6 to 8 weeks for the warranty certificate to be generated and received.
  • Stay Updated: We will notify you as soon as the warranty certificate is ready for download. An email notification will be sent to your registered email address. You can then access and download the certificate by visiting the "My Account" section and navigating to the "Warranty" tab.
